Position Reports to : Site Controller
Location: Lynwood CA
Salary Range: $60, 900 - $ 87,675

Essential Functions
- Prepares journal entries to correctly record financial information.
- Ensures accuracy of the financial statements by analyzing transactions and performing reconciliations.
- Prepares financial reports and analyzes data for company leadership.
- Provides data to internal and external auditors.
- Maintains internal controls to ensure financial system accuracy.
- Works closely with AP and AR to ensure accuracy and excellent management of cash.
- Participates in audits of inventory and fixed assets.
- Performs ad-hoc reports and special projects as required.
- Manages intercompany billings, AR, and reconciliations.
- Maintains the company fixed asset system.
- Actively works to improve all the above.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of related work experience
- Degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
