ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (CLS TECHNICIANS):

  • Assist in the maintenance/repair of Desktops, Domes, and JTAGSS devices at the sites.
  • Technician shall travel to customer sites to provide repair/replacement services in the event that a Help Desk ticket cannot be resolved through telephone support of the Government’s site maintainers.
  • Shift work shall be required by Technicians.
  • Provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Help Desk staffing.
  • Perform On-Site Scheduled and/or Unscheduled Maintenance Tasks that cannot be accomplished by onsite Tier 1 government personnel.
  • Provide on-call CLS site support.
  • Document on-site maintenance actions.
