job summary:

Liaise with the Process Engineers to analyze existing processes and workflows for the

legacy Roadside Service applications

Provide recommendations on the best approach to bridge the gap between business

needs and technical implementations

Integrating technical functionality, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and security

Perform data analysis and data mapping from the legacy application to Standard Objects

and Fields in Salesforce

Customize the user interface and make pages dynamic using Lightning App Builder or

Visual Force

Automate business processes with flows, and approval processes.

Develop reusable Flows that are innovative and demonstrate a deep technical

knowledge of the affected processes

Build integrations between Salesforce and other applications using Flows and integration

tools like Apigee, Salesforce Connect, Mulesoft

Develop batch / real-time data pipelines between Salesforce and other on-premise and

SaaS applications

Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions

Knowledge and Skills

Hands on experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Cloud

and Financial Service Cloud

Adept at integrating SOAP and REST services

Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming

Well versed in collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence) and code maintenance in source

control (Git preferred)

Admin experience with Permission Sets, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts,

Record Types, Reports and Dashboards

Must have working knowledge of the Salesforce data model, integration patterns, and

configuration of solutions on the Salesforce platform

Facilitation skills: ability to facilitate executive workshops and obtain consensus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
