COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities
- Monitoring, management, reporting and administration of various compliance programs including but not limited to:
- Driver Qualification files
- IRP
- Netradyne
- IFTA
- ELD Software
- DOT Medical Certification
- Auto insurance claims
- FMCSA/SMS/CSA
- DOT random & post-accident drug testing
- Monitoring, management, reporting and administration of:
- 3rd party customer rating services (ISN, Avetta, Veriforce)
- Customer prequalification packages
- Onboarding new hires (EHSI, PPE programs, eRailsafe, Geotab, etc.)
- Safety Statistics and report generation
- Worker’s Compensation
- Medical Surveillance (IS/Respiratory/Hazmat)
- Document retention
- Procurement and distribution of essential safety equipment
- Internal department SOP generation
- External training set-up and data collection
Attributes
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar Compliance/Safety Administration role
- Strong skills with Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to learn, navigate, and manipulate new software
- Great attitude/Team Player
- Must be willing to form relationships with front-line team members
- Self-motivated; critical thinker
