Compliance Administrator

COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR

 Responsibilities

• Monitoring, management, reporting and administration of various compliance programs including but not limited to: 
  1. Driver Qualification files
  2. IRP
  3. Netradyne 
  4. IFTA
  5. ELD Software
  6. DOT Medical Certification
  7. Auto insurance claims
  8. FMCSA/SMS/CSA
  9. DOT random & post-accident drug testing
• Monitoring, management, reporting and administration of:
  1.  3^rd party customer rating services (ISN, Avetta, Veriforce)
  2. Customer prequalification packages
  3. Onboarding new hires (EHSI, PPE programs, eRailsafe, Geotab, etc.)
  4. Safety Statistics and report generation
  5. Worker’s Compensation
  6. Medical Surveillance (IS/Respiratory/Hazmat)
  7. Document retention
• Procurement and distribution of essential safety equipment
• Internal department SOP generation
• External training set-up and data collection

Attributes

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar Compliance/Safety Administration role
• Strong skills with Excel & PowerPoint 
• Ability to learn, navigate, and manipulate new software
• Great attitude/Team Player
• Must be willing to form relationships with front-line team members
• Self-motivated; critical thinker
