Some Responsibilities for the Customer Service Role includes but are not limited to: *
- Phone calls incoming and outgoing
- Scheduling and confirming Appts.
- Check and reply to emails and texts
- Creating Flyers and Newsletters
- Some Social Media
- Some Marketing tasks
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work Full Time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multi-task
- Professional Image (Being able to represent the dealership with a professional image through phone, email, text or in person.)
- Tech Savvy (Being comfortable with technology and embracing new technology as it is introduced.)
- Excellent Communicator (Excellent verbal and writing skills including good grammar.)
- Unrestricted Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a Drug Test
