Summary
Assists
the Manager Revenue in the day-to-day operation of the Income Audit and Casino
Accounting department and ensuring compliance with all department policies and
procedures.
Job Duties
Verifies
accuracy of data processing for accounting information. Handles cash receipts and statements. Prepares journal entries or checks those
prepared by others. The Revenue Audit
Supervisor will hold an N Access Code to perform quarterly physical inventory
of the card and dice storage area and will have access to the table pits to
collect necessary paperwork. Supervises
accounting staff including duties such as assigning, review and evaluation of
the work of employees. Assists with
various accounting projects. Prepares
summary reports of accounts supervised. Reconciles budget and expense statements
with departmental accounts. The Supervisor Revenue Audit will perform quarterly
physical inventory of the card and dice storage area and will have access to
the table pits to collect necessary paperwork.
Ensures
compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control
Board.
Qualifications
A four-year college degree or equivalent
education/experience. Minimum two (2) years of
similar experience in accounting. Strong
computer skills required. Must be able
to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming
Control Board. Must have thorough
knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
