Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operation of the marketing group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics, including event production and tradeshow planning.
- Manage inventory of in-house promotional items.
- Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.
- Organize the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise.
- Support the in-house marketing team by coordinating and collating content.
- Assist with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking copy.
- Assist the marketing manager and support the marketing team with marketing activities.
- Upload marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.
- Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases.
- Manage events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.

1-2 years of experience working in Marketing
Associates or Bachelors in a business-related major. Marketing major preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
