What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN, House Supervisor - PT Day position at Valley View Medical Center?
Responsible for personnel, management, and coordination of nursing service activities for the scheduled working shift, in accordance with established philosophy, objectives, and policies of the hospital to ensure safe, efficient, and therapeutic patient care. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care and, in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer or Departmental Nursing Directors, takes charge.
Minimum Education
Associates Degree - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
X Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
Experience preferred in appropriate clinical care areas.
Minimum two years post-graduate acute care hospital experience preferred.
