Primarily, you'll be involved in recruiting and internal growth initiatives, organizing events for the Internship Program, overseeing training sessions, and collaborating with the full-time team to enhance ongoing projects and streamline procedures.

Must be a student and currently enrolled in college seeking a degree. Majors in Business Administration, Business Management, or Human Resources are preferred, but not required. Must be available to commit 15-25 hours per week during the spring/fall semesters and 25-40 hours per week during the summer months.

- Coordinate internal events for the Internship Program, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement
- Conduct regular meetings with interns to ensure their needs are addressed and to foster a successful internship experience for all participants
- Facilitate completion of various HR projects as needed
- Provide support to department managers in addressing employee relations matters such as performance evaluations or concerns related to their assigned interns
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for interns and new college graduates by organizing orientations, overseeing the completion of training plans, and coordinating offboarding procedures
- Aid in recruiting efforts by screening new applicants, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling onsite/virtual team interviews
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and selection teams to ensure a streamlined and productive interview and assessment process
