Blast Operator

Join our workshop in Neenah, WI as a Blast Operator Our winning team is built by continuous investment in skills development, leadership, and well-being. We have an opening at our Neenah, WI facility as a Blast Operator, you will be responsible for the set-up and operation of manual and automatic blasting equipment following standard operating procedures. Maintaining the equipment while making minor adjustments to ensure the output of a quality product and paying close attention to details is required. Set-up includes the cleaning and preparation of rolls by cementing and pre-heating, while understanding how quality impacts the success of the organization and ensuring a quality product is provided consistently while continuing to strive for improvement. Receiving of all incoming shipments for the plant and processing paperwork related to those items, tagging, storing, and ensuring they have been properly identified. Requirements A high school education with previous manufacturing experience; ideally a minimum of three to five years’ experience. Knowledge of papermaking machinery a plus, but not required. Willing to work with and train candidates with a high level of initiative and personal motivation.
