Valmet's Stock Preparation and Recycled Fiber (SPR) business unit supplies solutions and equipment to process raw materials for board and paper industry. We are now looking for a dedicated Service coordinator/ Service Planner. In this position you'll be responsible for cost calculations, project time schedules, field service proposals and and orders handling as well as coordinating resources to field service project sites. The job requires investigating and resolving technical issues with customers equipment together with the product team. You will work interact both with Valmet service personnel, as well as external service partners. This role is based in Stockholm but other locations can be discussed. To be a successful in this position we expect want you to have the following qualifications: Suitable technical education and experience of similar tasks, preferably 5 years or more Experience of Site Operations in process industry, preferably from Stock Preparation equipment Capability to work against deadlines under pressure Ability to adapt and set change priorities when schedules are changing. Strong inter-personal skills in dealing with people from different cultures. Insight in field service steps for heavy industry (pre-projects, project execution, erection, commissioning, start-up and performance test of the delivered equipment/ system) Good leadership and administration skills You are a structured team player who can easily adapt to different cultures and working environments. You are fluent in Swedish, English is also a must (both written and spoken). You are well familiar with using the MS Office tool site. e.g. MS Project is an essential tool, therefore profident skills is meriting. to have or to develop.
