Valor Company is a custom metal fabrication company with locations in Belle Plaine and Jordan. We specialize in tube bending and metal stampings and maintain a vast inventory of equipment to achieve our customers desired specifications. Valor Company is seeking driven individuals with mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn how to operate a wide variety of equipment including: CNC tube bender, CNC automatic tube cutting line, robotic welder, and more.

Responsibilities:

· Safely and effectively operate a variety of manufacturing equipment

· Run parts at various stages of the production process with a focus on quality and consistency

· Complete a shift log by accurately documenting machine operations and production numbers

· Cross train with several different shop floor teams

Basic qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid Driver’s License

· Mechanical aptitude

· Reliable problem solving and critical thinking skills

· Ability to work independently and proactively seek out other duties

· Displays a willingness to learn new skills and cross train with various equipment

· Ability to stand and complete hands-on work throughout a 10-hour shift

Preferred qualifications:

· Previous manufacturing experience

· CNC equipment proficiency

· Ability to read blueprints

· Forklift experience
