Job Posting for National sales Manager Credit Card Processing at Valor Merchant Services
Join Valor Merchant Services as our National Sales Manager and help make a high-growth company even more successful. This is a commissioned based position with monthly residuals and bonuses. This position is uncapped with very high income potential. The ideal candidate MUST have experience in managing and training an outside sales team PLUS experience in SELLING merchant services. This position will report directly to the company owner. Experience in running an outside sales team in credit card processing is a must have for this position.
Responsibilities for Sales Manager
Work with company recruiter in hiring and training sales team
Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Qualifications for Sales Manager
Experience in managing an outside sales team
Merchant Services experience is a must
5 years of experience in sales
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
Excellent leadership skills
Experience setting sales goals
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Desire to exceed expectations and quotas.
Knows how to manage a pipeline like a portfolio
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,789.45 - $200,974.25 per year
