JOB DESCRIPTION:
Valor is looking for an experienced roof sales professional to join the team. You already know the basics. You already have experience and understand how to read insurance scopes. You already know how to interact with the insurance adjuster and you know how to explain the process to your clients.
The job is simple. Generate roof leads. Close them. You’re looking for a platform that can make the process simple and give you confidence that your clients will be taken care of. You are a professional that believes training is something you “do” not something you “did.” You have some sales experience and sales skills but would appreciate a company willing to invest in making you even better. You are excited about a compensation plan that pays you quickly and lets you move on to the next deal. You are an experienced sales person thus the majority of your time should be spent selling to maximize your income and the company’s.
There will be a review of your sales presentation and an orientation to get you on board with company values and policy.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Commissions paid on a completed roof sale ($1,400-$2,200 per job)
- Performance bonuses
- Annual Trip for qualified reps
- Expectations: $90,000-to-$180,000 a year or more
- This is a W2 position, 401K and health insurance is offered
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be comfortable on a roof and climbing ladders
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Must have a smartphone cable of taking photos and using apps
- Must be reasonably comfortable with technology (internet, apps)
- Must be willing and able to self-generate leads (knock, knock)
- Willing to run office-provided leads
- Must be self-disciplined, motivated to succeed
CAREER RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DUTIES:
- All of this will be trained by Valor for those new to the industry:
- Inspecting homes and documenting storm damage (if any)
- Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the repair, replacement, and insurance claim process
- Sign sales contracts and related paperwork
- Update the company CRM
- Able to understand and explain an insurance scope
- Able to create estimates
- Marketing company services / generate new leads
- Willing to knock doors and other lead-generation opportunities
- Must attend company meetings and trainings

Pay: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
