Job Summary:
As a Closer at Valour, you'll spearhead new sales opportunities, finalize solar project deals, and ensure client satisfaction. Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners to present Valour solar solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with expertise, ensuring accurate documentation of all terms, pricing, and conditions.
- Attend daily professional development sales meetings.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Remain responsive to group chats, emails, and phone calls.
- Collaborate with team members through company group chat to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in solar energy sales or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to independently learn and adapt quickly to training in a timely manner.
- Full-time availability of 40 hours per week; Valour requires full dedication, not a side hustle.
- Demonstrated high level of internal motivation and self-drive.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while consistently achieving high results.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to effectively close deals.
- Proficiency in building and nurturing relationships with clients.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a dedicated focus on building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and Valour's valued network.
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members toward achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and solar proposal software, as well as computer systems.
- Willingness to conduct door-to-door sales visits as required.
