With our unique business model, managers are constantly being offered positions of growth within our Company. This is not your typical retail manager position either, with the fast-paced work environment and continuously changing merchandise, you will be stimulated and challenged every day. Typically, we will start you off as a Retail Manager in order for you to learn the basics of this niche retail industry.
Working in retail doesn't have to mean that you have no work-life balance. Our managers typically work from 9 AM to 8 PM with an hour break and a 4 day work week. Enjoy time with your friends and family while advancing your career!
The Retail Manager position starts at $33,280 a year. But you have ample opportunity for growth and quick advancement. We have individuals who have been with us for six months and have been promoted into a Traveling Manager position or Store Manager position that quickly. Our average Store Manger is making approximately $60,000 a year!
With a store staff ranging from about 25 to 35 employees, you will constantly be enjoying getting to know your staff and working with them to help improve and develop each of them individually. You will take pride in seeing their progress and using it as an ever increasing benchmark for your standards and expectations to overall improve the store as a whole.

Be able to understand and price accordingly with today’s retail standards
Impeccable customer service skills
Sales and merchandizing abilities
Performing opening and closing procedures, or be able to learn these operations
Manage a medium/large group of individuals
Follow and enforce Company policies and procedures
Operate standard computer programs and registers
Cash counting and managing ability
Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor at all times
