Job Description:
- Able to handle requests for asset management, desktop support, and any helpdesk-related tasks
- Able to handle requests for asset management, desktop support, and any helpdesk-related tasks.
- Solid Engineering knowledge of Windows 10 in an Enterprise environment PC’s / Laptops in any environment, MacBook and Linux a plus
- OS & Hardware knowledge in a global setting – full lifecycle.
- Operational experience of Desktop Management Platforms (similar to SCCM.)
- Proficient in Active Directory, Domain Join, Azure AD Join (including Hybrid) etc.
- Testing new features, applications, hardware.
- Patch management, Application rollout and updates.
- Setting standards and procedures.
- Office 365 and other Enterprise Applications Outlook, Microsoft Teams and other Office 365 Applications (oneDrive, Sharepoint).
- Firefox, Edge and other browsers.
- Inventory Software Applications and also certify applications for use.
- Desktop Security
- Endpoint Security Management including MFA protections, etc.
- Encryptions, Local data security policies, etc.
- Knowledge of DLP measures and capabilities.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Investigate and resolve basic to complex software and desktop issues.
- Solving problems by identifying root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of OS recovery, etc. Remote troubleshooting is a huge plus.
- Work with SysAd, Network team and Vendor to troubleshoot and resolve issues
