Valve Meter is in search of a Paid Media Analyst/Strategist. The Paid Media Analyst is responsible for the success and growth of Valve Meter’s clients’ paid digital marketing efforts. This entails ownership of each client’s paid media workflow. This includes but is not limited to building, launching, optimizing, and reporting on any paid effort that is managed by the V M team.

What the Role Is
Each V M employee must represent our core values in each interaction
This role reports to the Paid Media Manager
Lead Strategizing, Building, and Implementing New Paid Media campaigns across a number of paid media channels including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, and many more.
Monitor and optimize existing campaigns within each ad platform.
Responsible for meeting performance goals set for each client to ensure success of paid media campaigns
Assist testing initiatives through regular team meetings used to identify new test opportunities and communicate current test results.
Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
Generate performance reporting on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Utilize media buying tools to effectively develop, manage and deliver digital advertising campaigns
Stay ahead of the latest emerging trends and industry developments for tools and trends and be an active participant in cross-departmental knowledge sharing
Examples of Activities:
Create, manage and optimize comprehensive digital paid media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries, designed to drive leads, customers, and revenue.
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
Work on paid search, paid social, native advertising, and display campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and create and refine lists of targeted search terms.
Make sure accounts are pacing properly based on the predetermined spend and targeted goals.
Analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Assist in managing budget reporting and allocation.
Initiate campaign, creative, and landing page experience improvement projects to present to clients, and manage resulting projects and initiatives.
Run A/B campaigns to determine the best strategy.
Combine data from several sources for internal insights and client reporting.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Current Google Ads and Display certification.
Bing Ads Certified and Google Analytics Certified preferred.
Great work ethic and can-do attitude.

A manager of people – however, success in this role can lead to advanced positions within the department and company
Experience Required:
Experience delivering results through paid digital marketing campaigns and tactics.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3 years of Previous experience in running paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and others.
Must be proficient or an expert in Microsoft or Google Business suite
Google Ads and Analytics certified
Must have experience utilizing reporting tools like Google Analytics.
Experience in analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on performance data into actionable insights.
Project management to set priorities, timelines and fully execute projects from strategy into action.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill and present complex information and analytics in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred:
Experience working at a marketing agency
Experience Conversion rate optimization across ad creative and landing pages
Experience in A/B testing
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how they relate to paid media and other digital marketing channels.
Experience in ad copy creation
