What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent position at Van Rooy Properties?
Looking for an approachable and professional person to fill the position of a Full-Time Leasing Agent for our apartment community in Olathe, KS. Previous experience as a Leasing Agent is not required and we will train the right person. The ideal applicant should possess the following attributes:
· Experience in sales and customer service
· Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with others
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office software
· Ability to display professional behavior and dress as required
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
