Primary Responsibilities of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator:
Direct overall operations of the facility to culminate in delivery of the highest level of quality care while maintaining financial stability
Provide leadership through the management team to drive employee engagement and satisfaction among the entire care delivery team
Coordinate nursing and ancillary departments through state survey preparation
Facilitate community relations and census development
Applicant Requirements:
Current Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration Preferred
3-5 years of nursing facility leadership
