KBB is a trusted source in determining used-car values around the country. The customer will simply provide some information to KBB, including your car’s make, model, year, and current condition based on what the customer has entered and sent over they will get n offer/value (ICO) for their vehicle. At that point, the information will be sent over to the dealership. The rep will then make contact with the customer to set an appointment to purchase the customers vehicle at the dealership. 

The starting pay is hourly with room to grow.

We are looking for someone who is looking to work nights (from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm) to contact customers and purchase their vehicle(s).

KBB employees will buy the vehicle(s) from customers who are looking to just sell their current vehicle.
Having a KBB department helps stock our lot so we have inventory to sell.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to online inquiries from customers looking to sell vehicles to the dealership.
• Establish contact with customers and set appointments for vehicles to be appraised.
• Inform the seller what documents/ paperwork/ potential payments may be required to complete the transaction.
• Maintain customer contact and records within the CRM.
• Verify the condition of the vehicle matches the description submitted.
• Work with Management to finalize value on customers vehicles.
• Completing all paperwork necessary to facilitate the purchase of the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase inventory from various sources (i.e. KBB buy backs, off-street purchases, service lane direct purchases, and a wide variety of online lead sources.)

Qualifications

• Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
• Excellent Customer Service
• Phone Skills
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Outstanding Relationship Building Skills with Potential Clients
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
