Accountant

Accountant Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle accounting functions.
- Support month and quarter-end close processes for multiple entities.
- Reconcile bank accounts and set up new accounts utilizing contract terms.
- Assist with invoice processing, billing, statement preparations, and check runs.
- Ad-hoc reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience in lease/property accounting highly preferred.
- Knowledge of GAAP, full cycle accounting functions, and bank reconciliations.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Exposure to ERP systems (Yardi or similar preferred).
- Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deadline-driven with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
