WHO YOU ARE:
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales management with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Proven track record in developing and coaching teams to reach goals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and utilization of RAIN method is a plus.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in the legal or immigration sector is a plus.

ABOUT THE JOB:
As the Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the sales department, driving revenue growth and leading a team of sales professionals to success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that individual and team goals are achieved.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and preferences to ensure that our products or services deliver value and meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless client experience.
Team Development and Training:
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members, providing ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, keeping the sales team informed and adapting sales strategies as needed to stay competitive in the market.
Sales Operations Management:
- Utilize relevant sales software and tools for lead management, pipeline tracking, and performance analysis, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
