We are a small, growing company in Waterford WI and are looking for the right individual to fill the role of Office Manager.
The ideal candidate would be well a qualified individual who is a self-starter and works well in an office environment both alone and with others. We are looking for a creative individual who will take ownership of this position and develop the job duties and responsibilities from the ground up. This highly motivated individual, with the assistance of the owners, will be actively and continually adapting this position in to one of the cornerstones of this company. This position will offer a very wide range of responsibilities and opportunities and will take on many of the responsibilities currently being performed by the owners. Being a flexible, adaptable and a team-player are essential qualities in this role.
Because of the dynamic nature of this position we cannot list every responsibility but basic aspects may include:
Data-Entry
General Accounting
Sending and Tracking Estimates
Purchasing
Some payroll work
Invoicing
Processing shop paperwork
2nd tier customer contact
Basic shipping and receiving

Minimum required qualifications:
HS Diploma
MS Office experience
Must pass a drug test (industry requirement)
Preferred qualifications:
Related Secondary Education and/or Certification
QuickBooks experience
Filemaker experience
Previous Office Manager or Administrative Assistant experience
