Job Description

Vanir has an opportunity for a talented individual to assist in the continued strategic growth of our organization. The Inspector will work collaboratively with internal and external clients to deliver intelligent solutions to ensure quality project delivery. This individual will be instrumental in providing complex inspection services in accordance with various building codes and quality assurance standards. Our unique culture fosters growth, communication, and teamwork to allow professionals to achieve their goals. As a Vanir employee, you will be a vital member solving complex design, construction, and operational issues with a maintained focus on customer satisfaction.

This position will support Inspection of public emergency services buildings, and be based in the Orange County, California area. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related Engineering discipline is preferred
• Ideal candidates will possess 3 years of Inspection experience working on large complex construction projects / programs 
• Experience in providing inspection services on emergency services, police, fire, or justice facilities is required
• Knowledge and experience with construction inspection processes, systems, means, methods, and materials is required
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Strong communication, writing, and computer skills are essential
