We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team at our Woodland, CA warehouse. The Office Assistant will play a vital role in providing comprehensive office support to our warehouse operations. This position entails various administrative tasks, including but not limited to organizing paperwork, invoicing, managing bill of ladings for outgoing orders, and assisting with inventory counts. The successful candidate will also handle online shipment bookings. Working knowledge of NetSuite is desirable. A positive attitude and a strong commitment to contributing to the growth of our company are essential qualities for this role. The starting pay for this position is $17 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize paperwork and maintain an efficient filing system
- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate bill of lading documentation for outgoing orders
- Assist in organizing and conducting inventory counts
- Book shipments online using appropriate systems
- Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous office administration experience is preferred
- Proficiency in NetSuite is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
