Co-Manager

As Co-Manager, you are responsible for owning the talent and people aspect of the business. You will impact the overall bottom line by maintaining optimal staffing levels, recruiting, hiring, educating, and motivating a team who in turn inspire the customer. The actions of you and the team will play a key role in providing an environment for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards. Overall, your leadership will maximize store profitability, adding to overall shareholder value. The guidance you offer and example you set will help create an inclusive store environment; always putting our internal and external customers first. How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do: You provide direct coaching, feedback, training and supervision of the store team and in-store experience. You are responsible for evaluating and executing training programs. You attract, recruit, and hire diverse, high caliber talent based on the staffing needs within the store, and actively maintain a succession plan and pool of qualified candidates for open positions. You model and foster a consumer centric mindset, and model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers for the teams to emulate.

How you will do it: By consistently demonstrating clear communication, anticipating staffing needs and team development, you are building and training a high performing team. You set high expectations on customer engagement, policies and procedures. You assist in leading an environment of productivity by ensuring the team has the knowledge and skills to meet store goals.

What success looks like: You maximize store profitability through a well-staffed team by proactively filling open roles with top talent. You foster an inclusive store environment and create great consumer experiences in all situations, leading by example.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional/Retail Management Experience: 1-2 years

Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

You have the ability to meet business goals by driving results through store teams, how to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales & profit results, proven communication skills, being solution oriented and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
