Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Assembly: 3 years (Preferred)
- Soldering: 3 years (Preferred)
- Blueprint reading: 3 years (Preferred)
PAY RANGE $16 - $18PER HOUR
1ST SHIFT - 6 AM-2:30 PM
2ND SHIFT-3 PM-11:30 PM
2ND SHIFT-3 PM-11:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of tasks relating to production operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
- Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
- May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
- May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
- Performs a wide variety of electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Prepares assembly work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and following blueprint specifications.
- Populate PCB's from Work Instructions and Assembly Drawings / Bills of Material.
- Assembles components by positioning parts and sub-assemblies examining connections for correct fit, and fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred).
Experience:
- Assembly: 3 years (Preferred)
- Electronics & Electromechanical Assembly Occupations: 3 years (Preferred)
- Soldering: 3 years (Preferred)
- WIRE BONDING: 3 years (Preferred)
- Blueprint reading: 3 years (Preferred)
