Salesforce Administration: Understanding of standard objects, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
Salesforce Configuration: Proficiency in configuring the platform without coding, including creating reports, dashboards, and Flows.
Apex Programming: Ability to write custom logic using Salesforces proprietary programming language, Apex.
Lightning Component Development: Experience in creating custom user interfaces with Lightning components and VisualForce.
Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL): Ability to write queries to search the database.
Salesforce APIs: Knowledge of Salesforces various APIs for integrating with other systems. Mulesoft experience a plus
Salesforce integration: Knowledge of batch tools to integrate with Salesforce for example Informatica.
Snowflake knowledge: Basics of SQL and DML and procedures
Data Modeling and Management: Understanding of how to structure data within Salesforce and how to import, export, and manage that data.

Change Management: Understanding of deployment tools and best practices for releasing new changes. Copado knowledge a plus
