The Financial Markets are facing increased regulatory scrutiny. This requires an interplay on different levels from and within the organization as well as from a functional and technical perspective.
The team Invest Money Regulatory is responsible for the implementation (change) of regulatory and compliance driven topics. For new regulations like DORA and SFDR as well as existing regulations like SFTR and EMIR.
As an agile analyst following SAFE methodology, you become involved in all phases of the different EPIC in which your responsibility shifts at each stage. Your focus will be on the analysis of different regulatory and compliance topics, in close coordination with the different departments.

You are motivated to process the requested business changes in the smartest way and be a sparring partner for the team, the product owner and other departments in the field of architecture and vision in the longer term. You have good problem solving skills and are able to guide and coach junior business analysts.
Qualifications
Hands on mentality; not afraid to step forward.
Experience with the implementation of EMIR and knowledge of the EMIR Refit regulations.
Experience with the implementation of transaction reports in combination with a platform.
Knowledge of the different asset classes and trade-lifecycle processes
Aware of the complex IT landscape and can also find his/her way in it.
Knowledge of JIRA & Confluence for capture.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management.
Additional Information
Our client is operating in a hybrid modus. The consultant is expected to work parttime in the office in Amsterdam, and parttime from home.
