Client Service & Sales Associate, full-time and part-time position (based on scheduling needs). This is an hourly, not salaried, so no "extra" unpaid hours ever, even in management positions. We take conscious capitalism seriously, and we work as a team, so there is no commission-based sales strategy - we support each other in our daily efforts and long term career objectives.

VaVaVooom is a well established boudoir boutique (in our 15th year) in the heart of Downtown Asheville that goes beyond any traditional apparel, lingerie, or intimate wellness store experience.

VaVaVooom is actively committed to conscious sexuality, body positivity and full spectrum inclusivity. We provide a safe, inviting and beautiful space for individuals & couples to enhance their personal & intimate lives. We carefully curate our Sexual Health & Wellness products, as well as our intimate and lingerie selections. All of our products intended to be used internally are "body safe" (non-toxic), including vibrators, natural and organic oils & lubricants. VaVaVooom does not carry pornographic material, in print or film media.

Several local designers offer their handmade items here, and we carry luscious size lingerie & apparel.

We are seeking a pleasantly assertive, organized team player with a well-developed consciousness regarding intersectional feminism / humanism / gender inclusive sexual health & wellness. Client service experience is essential - must be energetic and engaging, and able to navigate complex intimate concerns as well as provide suggestions for fashion ensembles and role play / sensation play.

Partial List of Requirements:

• Previous Women's Apparel, Lingerie or Adult Product Retail Experience and/or Healthcare/Psychology/Advocacy Training or Certification
• Willingness to converse with every client
• High degree of integrity, social & sexual consciousness

• Ability to switch between multiple tasks.
• Open availability.
