Join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team in Albany, NY, as a Registered Nurse (RN). Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and support to patients in the progressive care unit.
- Assess patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment.
- Respond effectively to changes in patient conditions and provide timely interventions.
- Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately and timely.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of New York.
- Previous experience in progressive care nursing preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Pay Structure:
- $50/hr. (Below 50 miles) to $58/hr. (Above 50 miles) on W2, based on location.
