DescriptionJob Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Location: Asheboro, NC 27203Shift - Nights 3*12 hrs (Fri, Sat, Sun)Duration - 11 WeeksJob Summary:We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) in the delivery of quality care. The LPN will work in a rotating pattern, with no set days, and may be required to work on weekends every other week.Key Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physicianAssist RN in developing and implementing care plans for patientsMonitor the patient's vital signs and report any significant changes to the RNDocument patient care accurately and timely in electronic health record (EHR)Provide basic patient care such as bathing, dressing, and groomingAssist with activities of daily living (ADL)Ensure a safe and clean environment for patient.Qualifications:Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state of NC.COVID Vaccinated6 month Exp.
