As a frontend developer, you love to build richly designed microsites and content using the latest web technologies. You are a strong collaborator able to work with user experience, visual design, project management, and development, team members. You adhere to clean, semantic, coding standards and best practices, are disciplined with testing and QA, and have strong attention to detail and polished output.
More of what you will do:
• Produce content that is fast, responsive, accessible, and meets industry standards (e.g., WCAG AA 2.1), compatible with major browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Develop code that is clean, semantic, well-documented, and efficient.
• Ideate during design stages to create innovative and engaging experiences.
• Create proof of concepts, showcase new techniques.
• Improve the team's design and development standards.
• Stay up-to-date, and ahead of, industry best practices and techniques.
• Scope and prioritize work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide accurate estimates and stay true to timelines.
Skills/experience
Required
• 5 years of experience
• Modern HTML, CSS, SASS/LESS, JS, and jQuery – development and troubleshooting (Angular is plus)
• Responsive, cross-browser web development
• Bootstrap (preferred), Tailwind, Material UI, or other frameworks
• Able to work within CMSs (Sitecore experience is a huge plus)
• Git
• Basic SEO concepts
• Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Figma
• QA/Web testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack)
• Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred
• ADA testing tools (e.g., WAVE, A11Y, VoiceOver)
Salary : $30 - $40
