VCA Kaneohe Animal Hospital is seeking Technician Assistant(s), an entry level technical role, to join our team! We are specifically looking for Full-Time support;
Shifts range throughout the week, fulfill a forty (40) hour work week on days that are based on the needs of the hospital.
Closing (730p) and weekend availability is a requirement.
Pay for this position is $ per hour.

The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care with the desire and ambitious work ethic to make them happen.
We have a team of experienced technicians, who are great at mentoring. On the job training is available and on-going!
Emphasis on team approach to client service between receptionist, technical and veterinary staff. Compassionate care for all patients is a must.
In this position you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients.
Duties will include but are not limited to :
Assisting clients into exam rooms and collecting history
Presenting patient History and signalment to our doctors
Assisting our technicians with lab sample collection and patient handling
Cleaning and caring for hospitalized patients
Patient restraint for technicians and Doctors
Filling prescriptions
Some phone, client e-mails, and fax management
Computer data entry and maintaining medical records
