Job Title : AV Specialist
Location : Brewer ME
Mode : Contract (6 Months) (Day 1Onsite)
Primary Responsibilities& Competencies
Assists with the support of IP PhonesVoicemail and other telephony equipment on the network (C isco UCphones Analog devices video
endpoints).
Effectively responds to end user requests (in person by telephonevia email or remote control) for routine provisioning changes in Cisco C all
Maintains network and IP phone equipmentinventory and asset configuration documentation.
Processes RMAs for failed network and IP phoneequipment.
Provides end user training on use of IP phoneservices as needed (phone features voicemail chat).
Monitors and troubleshoots connectivity to printers andcomputers.
Escorts external IT vendors performingphysical work in the environment.
Assists NetworkAdministrators with planned maintenance of C isco Network and C allManager environment.
Participates in On C all Rotation24 / 7.
Education :
High school diploma General Equivalency Diploma (GED)or higher required. Associates degree in C omputer InformationSystems or related
field preferred.
Work Experience :
Aminimum of 2 years relevant experience required. Experiencesupporting networks in a 24 / 7 environment preferred. C isco VoIPsupport
experience preferred.
