We are looking for a talented Mid Program Management Analyst who is familiar with Navy Acquisition Processes and has experience with DoD Instruction 5000.02 with Navy Weapons Systems. The Mid Program Management Analyst will work closely with the Hypersonic Air Launched Offensive Anti-Surface Weapon (HALO) Integrated Program Team Lead (IPTL) as well as other engineers and analysts in the development of HALO and other Navy Weapons Systems.
The candidate must be a team-oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, resolve conflict in a constructive manner, and produce quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the HALO IPTL in developing and tracking HALO program progress in the program IGS.
- Assist the HALO IPTL in managing ongoing cost, schedule and performance of acquisition activities including execution metric development, variance analysis, and the development of corrective actions.
- Work directly with HALO OEM contractor(s) to ensure program progress.
- Develop manage acquisition plans and develop and manage contract documents including contracting plans, statements of work, justifications and approvals and corresponding PID/PMT initiation.
- Conduct technical evaluations for contract actions as well as completing requisite documentation.
- Assist the IPTL in developing contract performance assessment reports (CPARs) and coordination with acquisition leads on its approval.
- Assist the IPTL in resource planning including budget preparation, execution, and POM development.
- Develop independent analysis of technical and budgetary solutions for program elements.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings for the IPT.
- Education/Experience:
- BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university
- 6 years of recent and relevant experience.

- Naval Air Systems Command Acquisition Processes/DoDI 5000.02.
- Highly motivated and capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced, schedule constrained, and complex security environment.
