Mostly remote but the RFP calls for folks to be available on-site in Sacramento, CA when needed, so will be travel expenses.
Seven years as a technical lead supporting implementation of PeopleSoft Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules. Must have experience with the key data required for interfacing to the General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules.
All experience must be on a large-scale project, where large-scale is defined as a system having at least 5,000 system users and a total project cost of at least $20 million (defined as the total system development cost including planning, design, development and implementation). Two years of this experience must be
on a public-sector project.
Large-scale is defined in this RFO as $40 million one-time development costs or 5,000 system
users.
Qualification #2
Seven years of experience with PeopleSoft configurations, and PeopleSoft queries and reports using tools such as SQL, PeopleSoft Query manager and Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
Qualification #3
Three years experience leading technical troubleshooting and incident management processes.
Qualification #4
Three years of experience creating Technical Documentation, including functional and technical
requirements, design documents, conceptual diagrams, user guides, and workflow processes.
Qualification #5
Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Four years of experience can be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. The substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience.
Example: If the Experience requirement is seven years, and the individual is substituting four years of experience in lieu a Bachelor’s Degree, a total of eleven years of experience is required.
Desirable Qualification #1
ERP Financial Management Experience Exceeding Minimum Qualifications: Additional points will be awarded to the Senior Technical Lead if the total number of qualifying lead years of experience exceeds five years and was gained within the past 10 years.
Desirable Qualification #2
Experience with public sector (federal, state, local) financial ERP maintenance and operations in a
Production system. Additional points will be awarded for the ERP Senior Technical Lead if the experience exceeds two years and was gained within the past 10 years
