Position: Acquisition Solutions Engineer Intern (REMOTE)

Reports to: CTO

Location: Remote

Position Overview

Join our fast-growing team! You will help own strategy, development, and enhancement of Vee products. We are driving intelligent, insightful, and predictive business results in the realms of people, purpose, and performance.

 

 

General Responsibilities

- Assist with engineering of Talent Acquisition technical solutions

- Help integrate cloud SaaS systems in work flow orchestrations that automate Talent Acquisition processes

- Help design, manage, and evangelize new Talent Acquisition tools, including AI-driven candidate evaluation

- Help engineer data-driven Power BI dashboards that empower insight-driven Talent Acquisition decisions

- Perform tasks as solution provider supporting the CTO in developing Greenhouse extensions and integrations.

- Develop and maintain reports for internal recruiting requirements

- Help the CTO and VP Search engage with platform vendors and partners (EX: Gem, Hiretual, LinkedIn)

- Develop training programs and multi-media training content to support all Vee team members use of Talent Acquisition tech stack

- Collaborate with Data Science, Cloud Engineering, People Science, UX Design and Strategy

- Communicate results and ideas to key stakeholders at Vee

 

 

Core Experience & Requirements

  • Currently in Masters degree in Business (MBA), MIS, Masters HR Management, Business Data Analytics, Integrated Design, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field
  • 4 years prior professional experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Staffing, Recruitment, SAP Success Factors, or Salesforce or related field
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong collaboration skills - you partner well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working with key stakeholders to drive business results
  • Data-driven human-centric toolkit

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Greenhouse.io ATS
  • PMP Certified
  • Experience using JIRA project management tool
