What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Veggie Grill?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
- Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash.
- Maintains our Team Member appearance standards and dress code
- Fill beverage or ice dispensers.
- Clean, sanitize and reset tables after meals
- Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
- Locate items requested by guests.
- Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens or supply departments to serving counters.
- Assist servers with food delivery
- Knows the details of our menu items and can enthusiastically share this knowledge with our guests
- Completes tasks for shift transition and closing
