Paid Petitioner Expectations
- Collecting signatures to qualify an issue for the ballot.
- Approaching people in public places (Parking lots, DMVs, Libraries, etc.)
- Turning in signatures for nightly notarization. (Petitions are a legal document).
- Clean cut, outgoing and persuasive.
- Responsible, reliable and trustworthy.
- Ability to work outside on your feet all day.
- Great ability to navigate.
- Familiarity with petitions, campaigns, or other forms of organizing.
- Driver’s License, Vehicle, Insurance and a clean driving record.
Please meet the following criteria: ·
- · Must have a valid Driver’s License or State issued I.D.
- · Must possess integrity and commitment.
- · Must be honest, detail oriented, and able to follow instructions.
- · Must be devoted to working in an independent environment.
- · Must be comfortable with speaking to people.
- · Some marketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
