Position Summary
The HR Operations Associate is responsible for supporting activities that enhance HR Operations, compliance, client satisfaction, productivity, and technology performance. As a successful HR Operations Associate, you are committed to providing excellent customer experience and ensuring operational efficiency. This role is supporting high volume HR compliance activities with focus on the ancillary services that support the employee life cycle, including E-Verify, employment screenings, I-9 support, labor law poster compliance, new hire reporting, and other products and services as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform HR Operations functions that support the HR Operations group. This role will support all functions as determined by evolving business needs.
Work as an individual contributor to a team, using a standard set of operational processes and procedures to assist internal team and clients.
Collaborate with current team members and new Division Partners across states and countries on initiatives to improve the delivery of HR services and enhance both client experience and operational efficiencies.
Work with 3rd party vendors for exceptional delivery of services.
Process inbound mail, email, and inquiries.
Organize and maintain filing systems. Create and update various tracking systems to provide increased organization and insight.
Maintain policy and procedure documents with the potential for creating them.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A strong drive to deliver exceptional client support to both external and internal customers.
A flexible, positive attitude, and a strong team player and collaborator.
Ability to both follow clear instructions and to work in ambiguity with grace.

Knowledge of HR compliance regulations is a plus but a desire to learn is sufficient.

Manage time to support projects and deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a modern multistate teamwork environment, using video, chat, email, phone and text to stay connected.

Prior work experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
Education & Experience
A bachelor's degree or some college is a bonus but not required.
Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
