Position Summary
The System Support Administrator is responsible for learning and maintaining the HR software system for Payroll and HR Outsourcing, including the diagnosing of issues and launching of new services, all while supporting the relationship between Vensure, Division Partners, clients, and vendors. This position will spend time as part of an entrepreneurial team looking to validate the changes to client technology platforms while supporting the new capabilities being implemented to clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining overall system setup of an HR software system as well as other third-party products offered to clients
- Maintain Team Project Task Lists
- Create and maintain vendor and internal ticket submissions
- Troubleshoot system issues, including researching within system documentation and thinking outside the box for additional resources
- Provide internal training; may occasionally extend to external training
- Manage day to day administrative tasks while effectively prioritizing additional tasks, issues, and additional responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive colleague relationships
- Manage the bridge between business, technology and strategy
- Other duties as assigned

- Able to quickly learn new software systems

- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in a professional environment
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates degree preferred
- 1 year(s) in Human Resources and/or Payroll preferred
- 1 year(s) utilizing an HRIS, HCM, or HRMS highly preferred
