Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking a TALENT ACQUISTION SPECIALIST for their Tier 1 automotive Client in St. Clair Shores on a direct hire basis.

Position Overview: Lead Corporate Recruiting efforts across client's US Operations by planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition and recruiting strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Managers and HR Team with recruitment to meet hiring goals and objectives.
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting.
- Qualify job requirements and appropriate recruiting action.
- Implement sourcing strategy and work with outside resources to fill requisitions in a timely manner.
- Facilitate all interview activities, candidate pipeline and coordinate hiring events including job fairs, college recruiting, referral programs, and targeted hiring initiatives.
- Assist with building talent networks of active and passive candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding protocol.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Adhere to laws, rules and regulations, including personal data privacy regulations.
- Track and communicate productivity and KPIs.
- Drive cost saving initiates and process improvements.
- Additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with full cycle recruiting and/or related human resources experience and activities within a tier 1 automotive supplier or staffing firm supporting a tier 1 automotive supplier supporting the skill trades, hourly staff, salaried staff including engineering positions.

- Mid size company experience.
Education:
- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related field, and relevant recruiting experience.
Experience:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work with various levels of manufacturing and executive personnel.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Use HRIS, ATS, ADP, job boards.
- Experience with EEOC laws.
Work Environment:
- Working environment and physical requirements of this position are those typical of an office setting and manufacturing environment.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift 40lbs.
Local and domestic travel as required
