Responsibilities
- Operate press machines and auxiliary equipment, maintaining a constant cycle for maximum efficiency.
- Inspect and pack finished parts, keeping accurate records of good and scrap parts.
- Ensure the safekeeping and proper use of assigned tools.
- Report any machine malfunctions or suspicious looking parts immediately to the supervisor or relevant personnel.
- Understand and adhere to company procedures and safety regulations.
- Promote good working relationships with co-workers.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling, and climbing.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Math aptitude, including calculations of percentages and decimals.
- Availability to work overtime as needed for production schedule.
