What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Tutor position at Venture Rehab Group?
Venture Rehabilitation Group is seeking experienced classroom teachers and tutors for a tutoring program at Goldsboro High School. Eligible applicants must have the following:
- Minimum 1 year of classroom teaching experience
- Certified and non-certified teachers welcome
- Proficient in Google Drive, Zoom and educational software
- Available working hours 9:00pm - 2:00pm
- Clean criminal background
Venture Rehab Group will be serving students through Wayne County Schools' Tutoring Program. It is a newly designed program to assist high school aged children in the areas of Math and Reading. Staff must be able to develop a rapport with students and establish a fun learning environment as well as maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching. Only applicants with previous teaching experience should apply - retired educators are welcome!!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
