This immediate opportunity is ideal for a self-starting, detail-oriented, and technically proficient individual to provide direct support to the Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO). The successful Weapons Integration Analyst will provide operational planning support to an existing portfolio of programs and assist in the development of new programs. Responsibilities include conducting and overseeing feasibility and military utility analyses for current and emerging SCO projects. The selected candidate will interact with Major Command staffs on current needs, the utility of potential SCO projects, and milestones needed to transition SCO projects to military services. The position will mainly focus on airborne and spaceborne ISR assets, supporting kill chains for emerging SCO concepts. This position requires work in SCO facilities with access to classified networks. The ideal candidate has experience communicating and interfacing directly with senior leaders, tracking and completing multiple tasks simultaneously, working independently with little to no supervision, and providing objective, independent critical thinking.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required, engineering, physics, statistics, computer science or science
- 10 years of relevant experience of program management and analytical experience
- Familiarization with existing and emerging DoD sensing, communications, airborne platforms, and weapon programs.
- Familiarization with National Technical Means (NTM) and unmanned systems
- Hypersonic Experience
- Clearance: TS/SCI
Desired Experience:
- Acquisition or government program management experience
- Familiarization with hypersonic weapons and enabling technologies
- 15 or more years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree in engineering, physics, statistics, computer science or science
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience working on a submarine
- Program management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience providing analysis and engineering services in a consulting capacity.
