Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Be present at the venue during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and to address any issues that may arise.
- Client Relations: Conduct tours of the venue for prospective clients, showcasing the space and answering any questions they may have.
- Sales & Booking: Manage inquiries via phone calls, emails, and online platforms, providing information about the venue, availability, and pricing. Close sales by booking events and coordinating with clients.
- Marketing & Promotion: Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, to promote the venue and attract new clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communications, and event details. Handle invoicing and payment collection as needed.
- Flexibility: Set your own schedule, with the understanding that you must be available to manage the venue during scheduled events.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or event management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using social media and other online marketing tools.
