Job Summary:

The Veradigm Design & Human Experience team ideates, envisions, and crafts meaningful digital experiences for healthcare professionals and their patients across the care continuum. The team's three core capabilities of Research, Strategy, and Design are orchestrated to elevate the electronic health records (EHR) and practice management (PM) experiences within Veradigm's suite of Provider products.

Provide design support to internal Veradigm product and solution groups as part of the Veradigm Design & Human Experience team. Contribute to the solving of complex design challenges, help transform the health care industry, and create world-class solutions by applying creativity, design principles, and a passion for great experiences.

What you will contribute:

  • Successfully deliver intuitive and impactful digital experiences, bringing a user-centered approach to project teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and conduct user testing to validate design concepts.
  • Help translate requirements and data into wireframes and prototypes that effectively convey your ideas and communicate solutions to project teams, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Contribute to a growing design team by helping develop, maintain, and instill best practices and processes to ensure consistency and quality across all digital experiences.
  • Apply user experience and design thinking best practices to guide project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends and technologies, incorporating them into our design processes and methodologies.
  • Puts user needs first; Follows best practice for enhancing patient safety through UX; Applies UX research methods
  • Works with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather user requirements
  • Applies human factors and design principles

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience Required
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience Preferred
