Summary
This position prepares contracts and related documentation and works closely with Senior Leadership, Sales, Credit, Operations, and Accounting business partners. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, timely and accurate documentation preparation, analysis, review, and negotiation of contracts, compliance with internal and external audit requirements, assisting in the development of documentation procedures and workflow processes, interacting with Legal Counsel and other special projects as assigned.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• 
  Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of lease and loan, as well as internal funding documents.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Credit, Operations, Accounting, Customers, and Third-Party Servicers, to facilitate the efficient flow of transactions.
• Field and resolve customer questions/issues.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements set forth in lease / loan agreements.
• Assist in the development of documentation procedures and workflow processes, identifying opportunities to improve and/or create efficiencies.
  
• Submit requests for funding and follow through booking process.
  
• Analyze risk as it pertains to all levels of job function.
  
• Work on special projects as required.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 
  Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required) or 1-5 year equivalent work experience
• Mortgage, business documentation preparation experience
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams),
• Salesforce experience helpful
• Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills
• Highly organized, self-starter, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously and meet communicated deadlines.
